T and B Boulevard Redesign

Their boulevard, once a patch of grass, had been turned to dust and gravel by years of traffic. I tore out the dirt, gravel, and remaining grass, laid down mounds of topsoil, and planted a garden of my own design. I then finished it off with a berm to protect the garden from washout.
